Pono MInds is dedicated to positively impacting the lives of at-risk students through new opportunities.
Developing character, coaching life-long skills, and instilling a passion for their life purpose in a positive & motivating environment.
Pono Minds provides at-risk, disadvantaged youth with opportunities. They are given access to extra curricular programs, regardless of financial hardship, ethnicity or skill level through exposure and participation.
Pono Minds uses the platform of the activity to empower within each student academic excellence, healthy lifestyle choices and excellent character.
Materials for Learning
A large part of any successful program is having the necessary tools needed to provide quality experiences. We work with community leaders, business and organizations to ensure that students are supported, and have access to resources and materials needed for their endeavors.
Support for those inspired to lead …
We customize curriculum resources and lesson plans to support instructors, coaches, and volunteers. Support materials available for a wide variety of student interests from afterschool clubs & community opportunities. We help Pono Minded Leaders make their student experiences engaging and successful. Let us know how we can best support you!
Support for Communities
Education happens within the context of a larger community. Our approach extends beyond the programs to help ensure students have the necessary support to do their best learning. We are always looking for new funding opportunities, partnerships, and volunteers. Teamwork makes the Dreamwork.
